The human body wasn't designed for chairs, screens, or flat floors. Modern biomechanics is a maintenance system: six primary patterns, hydrated fascia, resilient cartilage tissue. Without these, the entire arsenal operates on a broken chassis.

Movement is the signal that keeps your tissues alive. Muscle, fascia, tendon, cartilage, and bone all respond to one rule: use it or lose it. Biomechanics isn't about aesthetics; it's the foundation upon which everything else operates. Without a functional framework, no amount of supplements, sleep, or hormones will compensate.
The alphabet of human movement
Any human movement boils down to six fundamental patterns. Master them and you master your body. Neglect one and create the opening for injury.
- Hinge Deadlift, kettlebell swing, good morning. Hip dominant, neutral spine.
- Squat — back squat, front squat, goblet, pistol. Knee and hip working in synergy.
- Push — vertical (military press) and horizontal (bench press, push-ups).

The forgotten fabric that connects everything
Fascia is the network of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, every organ, every joint. When it becomes dehydrated, tangled, and adhered, movement becomes stiff, painful, and inefficient. True mobility is hydrated fascia plus active, loaded ranges of motion, not passive stretching.
- Passive flexibilityRange you can reach with assistance or gravity (sitting with your toes touching). Useful but limited.
- Active mobilityThis is the range of motion you can produce yourself, under control and load. This is what protects against injury.
- CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations)Full joint rotations with active muscle resistance. 5 min/day per key joint.
- Foam roller: large chains (quadriceps, hamstrings, latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus).

The principle that overcomes time
The body adapts to the load you put on it. Period. If you always train with the same weight, you'll stay exactly where you are. Progressive overload isn't optional: it's the only way to build muscle, strength, and bone density throughout your life.
- 10–20 weekly sets per muscle group It is the window where most people progress.
- Below 10: insufficient for optimal hypertrophy.
- Above 25: decreasing returns and risk of overtraining.
- Block 1 (4 weeks): accumulation — high volume, moderate intensity.
- Block 2 (3 weeks): intensification — moderate volume, high intensity.

- Changing routines every 2 weeks (there's no time to adapt).
- Ignore sleep and protein (without these, there is no synthesis).
- Train to absolute failure in each set (accumulates fatigue, not stimulus).

Adaptation happens when you rest, not when you train
The stimulus is applied in the gym. Adaptation occurs during the remaining 23 hours. If recovery is inadequate, training becomes cumulative damage, not progress. Sleep, nutrition, and inflammatory modulation are the three non-negotiable pillars.
- Protein 1.6–2.2 g/kg/day distributed in 3–5 meals with 30–40 g each.
