This post doesn&#039;t invent anything: it simply puts six decades of public records about Nestl\u00e9 online and lets the pattern show.<\/p>\n\n<p>The hypothesis running through the documents is sober. The corporation&#039;s food safety failures are rarely explained by isolated accidents or one-off operational errors.
